Person-to-person interactions explored in safe environments can catalyze our understanding of the biomechanical and psychophysiological principles of tai chi. Combining practices derived from tai chi sensing and pushing hands, as well a tai chi sport call Thunderball, we will explore how our solo practices can be translated into greater awareness and function of everyday interactive activities.
